Boutique Hotel

This traditional Costa del Sol property is being carefully transformed into a boutique hotel. The photographs document the real construction phase: stripped rooms, new openings, services, finishes and external works in progress.

Inside, A7 is coordinating the guest-room fit-out, corridors, lighting, flooring and decorative detailing. Existing Mediterranean forms are being retained where they strengthen the character of the property.

Outside, work includes restoration of the swimming pool and the reconfiguration of terraces, gardens and circulation areas. Finished photography will be added when the project is complete.
