El Rosario New Build

A ground-up new build in El Rosario, Marbella. A7 is constructing a stunning detached villa from the first excavation — all ground works, structural works and the full internal and external finish are delivered by our own team.

The design opens the living spaces onto a pool terrace framed by mature palms, with clean white volumes and full-height glazing. The images show the project renders and the works now under way on site.
